The idea of Simply Done was born 4 years ago simply because I loved meal prep and what it meant for my family when I did it. It meant we spent more time in the mornings chatting instead of rushing to get breakfast, lunch and dinner figured out. It meant that in the evenings we could spend time at the park or having fun and not worrying about dinner when we got home. It was already done. It meant that we could sit around the table and truly enjoy our time! I wanted that for everyone. Shortly after that, my bestie got on board…she loved the idea of that too, after all it meant more time with her and less time stressing.
