1. All payments may be processed electronically.

2. Any missed deliveries or seriously delinquent payments may be charged a $25 service fee. 

3. All returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee. 

4. Any Order received after 8:00 AM Saturday may not be processed that week. 

Privacy Policy

Our Internet Service Provider (ISP) may make a record of your visit and log your server address, your domain name, the date, time, and duration of your visit, the pages and documents you accessed, the previous site you had accessed (ie. the referring URL) and the type of browser you are using. This information is collected for statistical purposes only, and Simply Done NWA will not make any attempt to identify users according to their browsing activity.

It is also possible that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is logging your activity while you visit our site. This is obviously beyond the control of Simply Done NWA.

While you are visiting this website, we may use cookies to facilitate a more personalized web browsing experience. Except where you volunteer personal or business information, we will not procure information about you via any alternative means while you visit our site. Any personal or business information which you do supply will only be used internally at Simply Done NWA and will not be divulged to a third party unless that third party is integral to the purpose for which you gave us your information or where required by law. We will only use information about you for the purpose for which you gave us that information. If we need to use information about you for any other purpose, we will only do so after first obtaining your consent.

Cancellation Policy

 

If Client requests cancellation of this contract 5 days of more before the event, Client shall receive a full refund. If client requests cancellation 3 days before the event, (25%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer. If client requests cancellation 2 days before the event, (50%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer. After 1 days in advance of the event, Caterer shall be entitled to (100%) of the contract total.

 

Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to Simply Done NWA’s commitment to keeping all of our products fresh, we are unable to accept returns.  Any issues with quality or concerns regarding meal plans can be communicated with Simply Done NWA, and we will work to settle any disputes as customer satisfaction is our priority.

Delivery/Shipping

Simply Done NWA values the safety and service of our clients. As such, we hand deliver all of our prepared meals to your home or preferred drop of location.  All deliveries will adhere to the highest health and safety protocols.  Once ordered, we will schedule delivery as close as possible to the clients preferred delivery time.
